Finally, I made my first upload on YouTube. It's a short 3-minute cinematic video of the Rabjerg Mile Dunes in Skagen, Denmark, from when I lived there in the last quarter of 2021.
Not far from the coast of Skagen, there's a unique location called Rabjerg Mile, and... it's constantly on the move. This dune is the largest in northern Europe, standing at 40 meters tall and covering an area of about one square kilometer. The dune shifts under the influence of the wind. Every year, it moves northeast an average of 18 meters. This natural landmark is situated in a unique spot, where the Baltic Sea meets the North Sea.
I was editing this cinematic video while listening to recommended music on Spotify when I first heard this piece by Alexis Grapsas. I felt it was the perfect match for the memories I have of that day at the Rabjerg Mile Dunes in Skagen, Denmark.
